CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Dr. Appling has worked in behavioral health since 2013, with experience in substance use treatment and community-based mental health care.
He provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individualized treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions.

MEET OUR OFFICE MANAGER
Lucca De Sedas serves as the Office Manager for Kaleidoscope Health and assists patients with scheduling, billing, and general practice questions.
Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to making each patient’s experience as smooth and welcoming as possible.
Lucca has extensive knowledge regarding all practice protocols and procedures, and is a valuable resource in coordinating in-patient hospitalizations, if needed, and in recommending and arranging psychotherapeutic services. Lucca is available to answer any questions regarding client care.
Lucca is originally from Panama City, Panama, and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. If Spanish-language services are required, he will be grateful to assist.
He received his marketing degree from Florida International University in 2000 and has worked in the public domain ever since.
Lucca has extensive experience working in customer service and client-relations and acts as a liaison between the provider and his patients.
He will be available to answer all client-related questions and will coordinate with our practitioner if direct communication with the provider is needed.
